Refunds

Deskbar Pro is not on sale yet. This is the policy that will apply once it is.

Deskbar Pro costs $19, paid once. Every Pro feature is free to try for 14 days before you buy, so please use the trial to check that Deskbar works on your setup. Once your licence key has been issued, the purchase is final and we do not offer refunds, except where the law of your country gives you a right to one. If you are charged twice for the same purchase, the extra charge is refunded in full.

Paddle sells Deskbar Pro as the reseller, so refunds are paid through Paddle. To ask for one, write to hello@deskbar.app with the email address you bought with, or reply to your Paddle receipt.
